Over 30 years ago, our company founder Joseph Rosenast invented a system for getting rid of dog waste. He created ROBIDOG, a container from which the dog-waste bag is removed from a roll and in which the filled dog-waste bag is thrown away. This system – laughed at to begin with – is now used in many parts of the world.
Today's ROBIDOG «Classic» dog toilet is the equivalent of that container, which has been supplied over 50,000 times since then. Technical improvements to the container and to the bags make the ROBIDOG «Classic» one of the most widely sold dog toilets to date.
Which dog toilet to choose?
Dog toilets allow dog owners to obtain dog-waste bags free of charge and also to dispose of the filled bags. The dog-waste bags are gathered in a waste-bag and then taken for incineration.
As well as the ROBIDOG «Classic» dog toilet featuring two roller extensions, each holding 250 dog-waste bags wound round a cardboard core, and a spare bag dispenser for 300 dog-waste bags in a block, ROBI AG also offers the ROBIDOG «NOVO». This dog toilet is equipped solely with blocks of dog-waste bags and can hold blocks of up to 800 bags.
Our bins are made from corrosion-resistant aluminium with a thickness of 3 mm to ensure a long service life. Choose any colour you like and have your emblem or slogan printed on the bin to give your dog toilet that personal touch.

ROBIDOG bag dispensers allow dog owners to obtain dog-waste bags free of charge in many locations. Bag dispensers can be easily affixed to walls, poles and lamp posts. When positioned above an existing waste bin, they form the perfect dog toilet.
ROBI AG and the ROBIDOG brand are a conscious choice for quality and value retention, as our ROBIDOG bag dispensers are made of 1.5 mm-thick stainless steel with welded, smoothed edges. This means that our dog-waste bag dispensers fare much better in terms of rust resistance and stability compared with products made primarily from thin, galvanised sheet steel. Because such products do not have a protective layer on the edges, they are generally susceptible to corrosion and rust: that equates to a much shorter service life. This simply doesn't happen with stainless steel and aluminium.

Composting dog-waste bags?
"Dog-waste bags should always be incinerated and not used in composting, as dog waste can contain harmful germs. Our bags are therefore made of polyethylene (PE), a raw material that burns without producing any harmful substances. The use of bio-degradable dog-waste bags also encourages dog owners to dispose of them within the landscape. It can take years for them to decompose fully.
If dog-waste bags are being thrown away within the landscape on a massive scale, it's worth using coloured bags. The inhibition threshold for throwing coloured bags onto the ground is much higher than for dark bags. That's why we also include coloured dog-waste bags in our range."
